Cucumber Radish Salad

Servings – 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber (preferably English), sliced up thin
  • 2 radish bunches, sliced up thin
  • 1 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup of chives, diced
  • 1 tsp of Himalayan salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. This dish is ready to serve as a side to another salad, pasta or your choice of protein.
