Nappa Cabbage Slaw

Total Time – 15 min

Servings – 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups nappa cabbage, finely cut
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp roasted cashew pieces
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Warm up olive oil in pan over medium heat and add garlic.
  2. In a large serving bowl add the nappa cabbage and onions.
  3. Cook garlic until it starts to brown, and then add to cabbage/onion bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients and toss well.
